Chocolate Éclair and Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake at Break, one of the concessions at the beautiful, modern food court inside the Fontainebleau hotel. Strip-prices, as expected.  Just sweet enough to satiate my sweet tooth!

Located inside the Fontainebleau Hotel resort at one of the most beautiful & classiest food courts I’ve ever seen! Light breakfast and lunch fare can be had at Break, including pastries and other desserts. I tried the  Egg White Wrap with a creamy cheese blend & quinoa inside a whole wheat tortilla and roasted tomato salsa. Although I didn’t care for the salsa as it was too garlicky for my taste, I really enjoyed the wrap itself, despite the Vegas-Strip price tag. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
