We visited Brigantine Imperial Beach for Sunday brunch and had a pleasant experience. We ordered the Surf & Turf Tacos and the Almond-Crusted Mahi Mahi with risotto. Both dishes were solid—fresh and nicely presented—but neither stood out as exceptional. What I was most looking forward to was the Easter special dessert: a Tres Leches Carrot Cake.
