Brodeto in Raleigh has plenty of Veggie Vibes on their menu! While they do offer dishes like their whole fish & meat stew, veggies were actually the star of the meal. 

Highlights:
🥬 Little Gem Hearts salad topped with a generous amount of shaved truffle parmesan
🥒 Grilled Summer Squash with sofrito
🍲 Peka stew with potatoes, carrots, fennel, garlic, & olives 
🍛 Black risotto with opal basil
🫘 Cocoa bean & hazelnut cake

One of my favorite meals from 2024 was back in the summer when I was in my home state of North Carolina.
