If this is “chicharon” I don’t wanna be chicha-right.  Broken English really “guac”ed it out.  Cracklins, avo, pico de gallo, cilantro, serrano, cotija and pickled onions could have been my whole dinner.  But then those al pastor tacos snuck their way in there too.  How could I resist?  They have pineapple in them?!

It may have been Fat Tuesday but @feef_may and I had a Taco Tuesday craving which @brokenenglishtacopub slayed.  You know eh, I had to get the elotes.  No way did I feel “corny” as I Valentina-ed those ears which were swimming in chipotle fondue and dusted in cotija and cilantro.  The fried chicken tacos were calling our name “Duke… Felicia… our batter has negra @modelousa and we come with a ghost pepper mayo and cabbage slaw.” The pork belly tacos had some heat from the smoked habanero honey

Taco Tuesday may need to be changed to Taco Thursday since that is when you can get certain tacos for $3 each.  This and my cocktail was a less than $25 lunch…
