I highly recommend this food truck! It has one of the best fried chicken sandwiches I have ever tried in my life. I ordered the Mighty Mack and added Sweet Heat sauce and pickled serranos to the sandwich. The sandwich was a perfect combination of crunch, heat, and slight sweetness. The egg was a really nice touch. The customer service was absolutely incredible. The man working there accomodated our requests for the sandwich and was very kind. I would definitelg go back!

This place has some of the best breakfast samdwiches I’ve ever had. I got a buttermilk fried chicken sandwich, which has pickles, a fried egg, and a really good sauce on top. The other sandwiches, biscuits, and bagels looked amazing as well. The owner is also super nice and made it a priority to make the sandwiches fit to what each person wanted. All in all, I highly recommend Brooklyan Breakfast Shop if you’re lookking for some of the best breakfast/brunch food out there.

This was one of the breakfast sandwhichs i have ever had. I got the fried chicken with extra hot sauces and I loved it. The owner was so friendly and helped me a lot. The area to eat was so good as well! It was a lot of food for a great price. The only thing i would change is use a different type of bread. The chicken was fried beautifully but it was still juicy and tasteful alone. The sauces added was the chief’s kiss on top

Well known for their fresh biscuit breakfast sandwiches, and for good reason. Quick, incredibly fresh and packed with flavor. They are open 9-3 on weekdays, 9-1 weekends. I want to go back and try them all!! Like now. The eating area doesnt havs much shade but does have parking and kids play structures. #foodtruck #breakfast #sandwiches

If you leave this place still hungry, you did something wrong. In addition to their normal sandwiches, they have a chicken sandwich that changes monthly. This was August’s Chicken Tikka Masala with Herb Chutney and Cucumber Raita.... aka mana from heaven. This is in the Thicket food truck park... fyi they do have a bathroom trailer but you have to get the code from a vendor. #austin #foodtruck #sandwiches
