As in our other locations, we fly the freshest fish and seafood from the coasts to our Gilbert kitchen seven days a week. The time-stamped cards at our raw bar are continuously updated to reflect the freshness of our seafood and market vegetable selections, sourced from small producers with an eye to sustainability.
