Buffalo Joe’s and considered a Evanson institution by many of my friends that went to Northwestern. though it sits a bit off campus it does seem to get a big crowd from both staff members as well as students.. most people tend to order a single order of wings, which get you about 12 wings and their sauces, unusually sweet and buttery #buffalowings #evanston #cashonly
