right across from irvine spectrum is a small brunch spot with tons of outdoor seating and yummy breakfast options! 🥞 

it can get pretty crowded, but the line moves quickly, so i’d recommend coming in a bit earlier in the day so you have enough time to order and eat!

Love love love… well mainly the potatoes. I’m a sucker for a pillowy inside and crispy outside potatoes and these were it! 

These pancakes were popular amongst most guests but I was honestly underwhelmed. Not sure what I expected out of these but the texture was almost like a foamy rubber?! I did enjoy now light and not overly sweet the pancakes were though.
