You can't bake perfect bread every time. But you sure can try. For three decades, we've been dedicated to that pursuit, making the little steps into our biggest obsession and throwing ourselves into the art of the dough. It's not about getting one good loaf and calling it a day, but being able to bring our community the best bread week in and week out, so your family is brought together by flavor. As the sun comes up over Los Angeles each day, we rise to the occasion.

Our bread is made with organic flour and our own sourdough starter, for an open airy crumb and delicious flavor.

Latte was good. I loved their smoked salmon toast. It was hard to eat with lots of microgreens on top but I managed it. The flavor combo of the rye bread and smoked salmon and other things on the toast was great. Parking was easy too- free street parking in front of the shop and along the street.
