Nestled in the West 7th neighborhood of St. Paul you’ll find some of the tastiest crepes and lattes that will make you wonder if you’re in France or Minnesota.

Welcome to Cafe Astoria — where everything passes the vibe check.
The coffee was amazing, and my only critique would be that I wish there had been more lemon churd throughout the entire stack of pancakes. Besides that — chef’s kiss.
