Quaint local #bakery and #cafe in #Chicago Lincoln Square. Seasonal special is their plum #cake, but also anything almond is delectable!

Phenomenal local bakery & cafe in #Chicago Lincoln Square. Super busy on the weekends, but easy to grab some treats to go, like their humongous cinnamon roll!

Delightful brunch at Cafe Selmarie in #Chicago Lincoln Square. 

Got their #seasonal specials. While prices are a bit premium ($16-$20 entrees), wonderful quality and decent portions. 
🍝 Loved the butternut squash #gnocchi
🦀 Decent crab cake, but as a Marylander, I’m biased 
🥔 Breakfast #potatoes deliciously seasoned!   
🥐 Grab a baked good to go if you get full

Get your #paczki for Mardi Gras at Cafe Selmarie in #Chicago Lincoln Square! This local #bakery partners with Bennison’s Bakery to spread this seasonal deliciousness! 

Recommend getting a dozen to try all 12 flavors. Favorites were

Cafe Selmarie is a mainstay of Lincoln Square, that is unfortunately closing at the end of 2023 after many years of service to the community. Go support them before you lose the chance!  They have wonderful assortments of bakery items including that midday cake or pie fix #dessert #cake #lincolnsquare #chicago

Cafe Selmarie is a great Lincoln Square bakery and restaurant in the northside of #Chicago . I love this place for custom cakes but also for standard bakery goods. I personally love their buttery #crossaints for #breakfast .

Attention 🚨!! If you havent been fortunate to make it to Cafe Selmarie in Lincoln Square, do so IMMEDIATELY! The owner announced her retirement this year and you will not have much more time to try some of the best cake and pastries in #Chicago #dessert
