Cafecito is known for their famous Cuban sandwiches but if you get there before 2 you can try their breakfast platters.  The Cubanismo is served with chorizo, peppers, and eggs, with a side of the bread used for their pressed sandwiches. #cuban #sandwiches #goldcoast #chicago

One of my favorites in the Gold Coast and Streeterville area. Cafecito continues to be one of the best value and tastiest restaurants.. you can get Cuban press sandwiches as well as platters that will fill you up. end with dessert!!

First time going to Cafecito for breakfast. Pretty good avocado toast with egg, but I think I’ll stick with the regular tortas.

Got the Chimichuri sandwich and it was delicious! Perfect for a quick bite in the city. Service was fairly quick though the worker seemed very overwhelmed. Tons of options and something for everyone.

Consistently satisfying and delicious. Cafécito is one of the most affordable meals you can get in the heart of downtown Chicago! Definitely get a torta and sweet plantains.

One of my favorite sandwich shops in Chicago, though this time I didn’t get some of their famous Cubanos ,  and just came in to have coffee with friends. You can sit in there, formal dining room room or sit in their takeout section where we can get everything to go, including Cuban espresso! #cafe #coffee #cuban #chicago
