I love the vibey interiors and loved the beef cheek, kombu rice, sweet potato, pot pie and japanese bolognese. Good for date night and a group hang out

It was okay, most things are pricey but for the effort it was fine. Server to-goed my food and then forgot it. For a 300$ meal i was pretty upset they forgot to give me back my food but also i didnt say anything and forgot myself as well.

Black sesame Parker house rolls- unremarkable. Black sesame is pretty hard to achieve in the flavor profile, but also who doesn’t love bread. Uni and otoro was good because also hard to mess that up. Ponzu jelly was too weird for me. Croque madame was basic and heavy. And the abalone pot pie wasn’t something to write home about. Drinks were good. Paid for valet. Don’t need to come again or tell others to come either.

This restaurant has a very cute atmosphere and is a lovely place to dine in on special occasions. However, the portion of the foods were very small compared to the price.
