A pharmaceutical scientist by training with a past sales career in science and technology, Stephanie went to school to study pastry in 2013.  We are a scratch kitchen and source the highest quality ingredients.  Our mission is to elevate pastry in the South Bay, and provide those with dietary needs the most amazing pastry that will remind them of the days of old, before allergies or other dietary challenges and needs.  We welcome you to Cara Mia Baking Co (brought to you by The Trim Tart).
