We hit up Caribana-Island Grill in Gurnee and folks, this place is the real deal for Caribbean cravings! 

Started with Jerk Chicken Wings – the kick is just right. Then their Jamaican Beef Patties? 🤤

The Oxtail Plate was a revelation. It's draped in this rich gravy, alongside Lobster Mac & Cheese that’s all about that cheesy goodness.

But wait, the Grio Plate – it’s a carnival on a plate. Pork so tender, matched with the Sweet Plantains and Red Beans. Amazing.
