Nothing short of authentic and amazing. I’ve never been to Colombia but if this is how the locals are eating, I should make a visit. We started with two cocktails, mine being a Taste of Life with guava flavor and my boyfriends being a Colombian Mojito. Appetizer was an Aborrajado which is sweet plantains stuffed with mozzarella cheese. For main dishes I got the Bistec a Caballo which is sirloin topped with criolla sauce and eggs, my boyfriend got the Bandeja Paisa Tipica Antioquena.

I loved the arroz con pollo expecially because it came with sweet plantains. Guava juice was amazing! #colombian
