I enjoy all the cultural dishes at Casera Latin Kitchen & Bakery located in Oceanside, on Oceanside Boulevard and College.

This is a quick review of a traditional Peruvian drink, known as ChichaMorada. 
It tastes slightly sweet, very much like the Mexican drink, known as Jamaica, which is made from hibiscus flowers.

We've been waiting for months, and now they're finally open!  They specialize in Peruvian & Colombian cuisine.  We tried their breakfast and it's so good!  

We got:
Chicharon (pork belly)
Huevos Pericos (scrambled eggs)
Colombian Coffee

The breakfast came with arepas and salsa criolla, which were delicious.

Pastries and baked items on the shelf are served warm when you dine in. The meals are made-to-order so don’t come too hungry if you can’t wait for at least 10 minutes for food to be served here.

Peruvian & Columbia family restaurant 
The dishes look interesting, however, they tasted a little bit bland. Like their pastry.
