Love this place!! I had the chicken stew with rice and manduro. Portion sizes are generous. Chicken is tender and flavorful. Rice is seasoned very well.

Tastiest rice dish? At Castillo’s they have such flavorful rice dishes. They have a variety of meats, veggies, rice to choose from in the back. I had the chicken stew with rice and plantains. The rice was so flavorful!! Especially soaked in the stew, super yummy!!!! The chicken fell off the bone and was super tender. Portion sizes are large as well, but it’s so good I almost finished the whole plate! Plantains were also were yummy, soft. Empanada was different but also very good!
