5th Ave has so many delicious and affordable Spanish cuisine options. We tried Castillos today, you choose your rice, meat, and sides from the large variety of choices at the window and they bring it over to your table. I had the stew chicken with yellow rice and maduros. So flavorful and saucey-the way I like it!! The chicken was moist and tasty. Portion sizes are huge, enough for two meals!! I also had the arepas, those were interesting.

Ok tasting food. Really like the empanadas. Portion sizes are huge here. I had the bistec encebollado. The steak was overcooked and kinda lacked flavor. We were seated in the back at first cause there werent any tables left in the front, really hot and dark.. we moved quickly once we saw a space open up.
