1. Taste: Homemade fresh ice cream that is flash frozen with liquid nitrogen. Flavors in this location are mostly Asian inspired, my go-to being milk and cereal 5/5
2. Service: You order through a computer touch screen - talking to the staff or quality of the service you receive depends highly on how busy it is 4/5
3. Worth the $8? - sometimes, it depends on how busy they are for me

The Sun Moon & Stars on a mochi puffle is super delicious!!! I love the crunch of the star sprinkles and the softness of the puffle :)

The ice cream here is very creamy and tastes high quality. They use liquid nitrogen which they say helps keep it consistently creamy. You have an option to get it with a “puffle” which is essentially an egg waffle. Overall, the price is a bit high compared to other ice cream places (a puffle with ice cream is around $13), so would like come here only occasionally.
