Iced Almond Black Milk Tea is always my go-to! I got 4 pumps of sweetener instead of the usual 5 - I need to try 3 pumps next time to see if the sweetness is just right. Yay!

This Cha for Tea store near UCI is not as convenient as the Woodbridge/Barranca location.  The food and tea are great, especially when you use the BOGO coupon from Retail Therapy app.
