A classic restaurant in the SGV with authentic Chinese dishes. We really enjoyed their spicy pot which has a mix of small intestine and pork blood (it sounds more gruesome than it); the spice really covers any gamey taste.
They also make a great meatball, though their ribs are not as consistent these days.
They make a mean sticky rice dessert that has lotus seed and red bean in it which is delicious.

Beef Roll at Chang's Garden is my favorite! Flavor is perfect and the outside is very crispy. Staff are very friendly! One of my to-go spots order on Yelp and pickup :)

This restaurant has been around for over 20 years in different locations. They’re known for making a whole fish with a sour sauce that’s very very good (West Lake Fish). They also serve lunch specials, set meals, have a private room you can book in advance, and don’t close between lunch and dinner so you can go eat flexibly.

I stopped by here to kill couple hours before my appt across the street.  Since my car broke down, Uber dropped me off here which was convenient.  I got the general tao chicken lunch special and it came with hot and sour soup for lunch special.  the server said cash is better because they charge extra for using card for below $20 purchase.  lunch special was almost $15.  Good deal!!
