Definitely get the spicy noodle soup because the mala flavour is numbing yet delicious!! The dumplings skin was very thick I think the steamed not my fav but maybe the fried ones would be better?

Changan Kitchen specializes in authentic Xi'an cuisine, a taste of Xi'an's culinary heritage. This Chinese noodle restaurant serves up their signature Beef Noodle Soup (spicy) and Stewed Lamb Noodle Soup, with handmade noodles. 

The Braised Pork Chop and Stewed Lamb Noodle Soup were my favorite!! Their beef and lamb skewers were juicy, flavorful and spicy. The braised beef noodle soup had tender beef with a spicy broth. The steamed Pork, Shrimp and Green Chives dumplings are a must!

Good authentic Chinese food! Generous serving. Affordable too! My fave is the pork intestine noodle soup!
