If you love Mexican food, then you’ll LOVE all the homemade vegan Oaxacan dishes at @chapulincantina in South Congress!🦗 what we ordered:

🥑guacamole without cotija cheese
🌵memelas de rajas & nopal - no crema or cotija cheese
🫑verduras asadas w/ mole negro - fyi all mole here is vegan! the rice in this dish is not vegan so I subbed the rice for memelas (corn masa cakes) to scoop my mole with 😋
🌽tlayuda w/ huitlacoche (corn smut) - omit the pork fat and dairy (cheese & crema)
