I just had my first meal at Chauncey’s Pizza & Bar in Solana Beach, and they nailed it.  They have 20 years of experience making their signature sourdough pizza. It tastes so good because the long-rise dough has time to develop, and the crust comes out light, crisp, and full of flavor. I tried two pizzas (and can’t wait to go back for more).
