**Cheesesteaks by Matū** in Pasadena is a total level-up, swapping standard beef for **100% grass-fed Wagyu** on a house-baked sesame roll. Between the **Cooper Sharp cheese** and the Wagyu tallow-fried chips, it’s easily the most premium (and delicious) cheesesteak in the 626. It’s a bit of a splurge, but the quality of that ribeye is undeniable.
