Renowned Executive Chef Jacob Liu learned the art of flavor and food design from his grandmother and brings with him the tradition of his ancestors, combined it with traditional and new techniques to create his own style of Chinese cuisine. My name is Patrick Lee, and I used to deliver Chinese food in Surprise for many years, while saving to someday open my own restaurant.  That day is here, and I opened Chef Panda, Surprise!
