Chef Tan is Chinese food done elegantly. When you walk in, you will be amazed by the ambiance and immensely satisfied by the food.
I ordered:
- Steamed Buns - With soup inside
- Kung Pao Chicken
- Mongolian Beef

Everything was excellent! The Mongolian Beef in particular had incredible flavors and was served on an Iron Plate. If you are in the East Village, check it out!
