Chez Panisse offers a refined yet deeply seasonal dining experience. The wild mushroom and chicory salad was earthy and bright, while the Dungeness crab soufflé was light yet rich. The Full Belly Farm lamb, grilled with cumin and green garlic, was perfectly tender and flavorful. To finish, the tangerine Zuppa di Frutta was a refreshing, vibrant delight. Every dish showcased impeccable ingredients and thoughtful preparation, making for a truly memorable meal.
