Chic Chef 77 is a black woman owned wine bar located in Tempe, Arizona. Their cocktails here were very unique and original! Their rendition of a Mai Tai was served in a Chinese container and their Side Car in a light bulb! They also have a affordable food menu. Appreciated the loved shown here complimentary shots and cheesecake for my birthday!!!
