If you’re into learning about Chicago history and architecture, you have to stop into the Center to see the exhibits and take one of their river cruises or walking tours! When I showed up to get my ticket at will call they said I could explore the exhibits for free (normally you pay). I highly recommend the river cruise on The First Lady since kids can sit and it’s relaxing yet informative. I also did a walking tour to learn more and see some of the major buildings. Tours are led by volunteers!
