Taking a look at their menu for to-go orders, they appeared to have many options ranging from warm pots to a variety of meat dishes. And for this order, I decided to go with an order of Mongolian Beef which was about $18. 

Taking a look at the portion, the box was filled up to the top which was pleasant to see. And inside the dish were a medley of beef, green onions, and white onions. The dish was pretty balanced between the beef and onions which was better than expected.
