Chip City’s Upper East Side location is very convenient for locals. The ordering process is extremely quick, they take less than a minute to heat and bag up your order. Enjoy lots of flavors here with various toppings, textures, and forms!!

Chip City has a rotating menu of cookies.  They have ginormous cookies and also thinner cookies to satisfy all tastes.  The people who work there are also sooooo nice.
