Chisai Sushi Club is an excellent restaurant in San Francisco, serving an Omakase style meal for less than $100 per person. This may seem like a lot, but it is reasonably priced compared to every other Omakase in the city which runs upward of $200-$250. The seafood is fresh and creative. You can get sushi and nigiri, as well as other seafood dishes, like a tuna tartare and lobster salad.
