Stopped by Chocolate Dash in Pacific Beach late on a Saturday night, and the place was pretty empty. The customer service felt awkward — maybe because it was late, but it honestly seemed like they didn’t really want to serve food. I ordered the Dubai Chocolate Strawberries, which were good, but the uncomfortable service really took away from the experience.
