Chonitos has turned divey and dirty over the years. I remember coming here back when they first opened and the experience was definitely different compared to today.  I feel the quality has changed, and drinks are getting pricier. Never tried the lunch buffet, but have heard it's not too bad. The service is a bit slow here, waiters kind of disappear in and out. The overall layout of the restaurant is a bit odd as well. I think they need a bit of modern renovations to bring the place up to date.
