Chop Shop is a great choice if you’re looking for something casual but tasty. They have a variety of menu items that are perfect for both lunch or dinner but I personally think it makes for a better lunch spot. It’s order at the counter which makes it a perfect spot for a meal when you don’t have a ton of time. 

I typically order their chicken sandwich, but I changed it up this time and tried some new entrees. My favorite menu item was the beef stroganoff (a special).

Perfect meat loaf and #shortrib, for sure! This #comfortfood spot is the unquestioned best #fastcasualrestaurant in the #denverfoodscene. Creative #salads and just flat out amazing #grill skills. Healthy #chicken dishes too! This chef apprenticed under #RichardSandoval for 10 years! Clearly shows in the exceptional #plate presentation.
