Spring heralds new beginnings and fresh eats, and there’s no better way to kickstart my quest to eat healthier than a fresh, tasty salad!  This location is family owned and operated, offering fresh salads, ‘Chopurritos’, a burrito in a bowl, and ‘Chopaninis’, their version of paninis. I tried the ‘Shrimp Chop’ salad with a housemade Dill dressing - the shrimp was good quality, and the veggies were crisp, fresh, and was perfectly complemented by the Dill dressing, which was delicious! #SpringEats
