I’ve been going to Cibo’s in Waynesburg since I was a child. This is my favorite Italian restaurant. Homemade pasta, sauce, & the rolls are amazing. They have daily specials and the prices are very reasonable. Its located in an old movie theater which adds to the ambiance.
