Carlota de límon was superb. It is light & airy, with the perfect fluffy lime cheesecake flavor. This is quickly my new favorite dessert here at Cielito Rosa.

🤩They had it all! Free refreshments, DJ, Free conchas, and all our local friends and fam were there to kick off this brand new bakery in Mesa!
