✨Japanese- Italian fusion✨
I’ve never heard of this type of fusion either 😂 BUT it works! If you’re interested in trying some super unique fusion dishes this is the place to go! 
We got: 
✨pappardelle Cinkuni - large broad noodles with truffle cream sauce with Parmesan and arugula 🍜🍝
✨matcha tiramisu cake - a delicious mixture of the two best desserts 🍰

Cinkuni is now offering some fun classes!  Their first one will be a sushi making class on Valentines Day.   Some friends and I got a little preview of what it will be like!

We started with some sake while we learned a bit about the history and etiquette, then we got a demonstration of some techniques to build different rolls.  Then we all got to try to make some of the rolls ourselves!

It was such a fun experience, and we learned so much! Contact to book for 1-3pm on Valentines Day!
