Cipriani serves some delicious desserts, including the famous Vanilla Meringue Cake, which was garnished with summer berries.  The cake has several thin layers of moist vanilla sponge cake, filled with a light and fluffy vanilla cream and topped with a generous layer of fluffy meringue, which is lightly toasted, making for a visually appealing dessert. It looks very sweet, but I was pleasantly surprised that the sweetness was well-balanced. #SummerStarterPack

Upscale Italian-inspired restaurant offering their takes on classic Italian dishes. They serve some dishes table-side so you get a dinner and a show, but if you want to burn off some extra carbs, you can also take a quick walk within the hotel to take in the amazing view of the free outdoor Lake of Dreams show, taking place every 30 minutes from 6pm. Service was impeccable and space was clean. This is a well-known haunt for celebrities, and you can often spot a celeb or two here.

Delicious Italian food in Las Vegas by the strip for date night or an impressive dinner. Nice wine list- you will need a reservation. I get the gnocchi almost every time!
