I came back to this place today and still was blown away! I got the bowl of the month which was a chicken, beef and shrimp bowl with brown rice, quinoa, potatoes and broccoli. It also came with a drink and I got a grab and go meal for free. I chose the BBQ chicken and rice bowl.

I dont cook often, but I wanted some quick, healthy and affordable meal options for the house. I’m in love! You can go in and order fresh items like bowls, wraps, pitas and smoothies, but they also have a frozen grab and go option that you take home and heat up for 2-3 minutes. They also offer a meal prep plan and the menu changes weekly. I tried their basalmic chicken with brown rice and broccoli and their strawberry banana smoothie. Both were very fulfilling. Customer service was top notch.
