Amazing.  The owner was so pleasant and kind, and had gone to each table to introduce himself and get to know each customer. The tortillas are fresh and so chewy in the best way. I requested the mole mushroom enchilada as a taco, and this was by far my favorite. Perfect quick stop in or out of the PHX airport, as it is close by.
