Such a perfect restaurant for any occasion - staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and food is pretty good. We spent hours here and really enjoyed the experience.

If you're staying at the Pelican Hill Resort, you definitely have to to try the Coliseum Pool & Grill! Great view of the Infinity pool and food was so yummy! Our drinks were on point for a relaxing sunny day by the pool.
