The menu is also inspired by the vibrant restaurants throughout With the inclusion of Thai cuisines, Colonial Kitchen & Bar celebrates Thailand as the only country in South-East Asia not colonized by the French-European. During this period, the people were experiencing great changes. However, the food improved as it merged with the warmth of the old world into what we know now as the new world.
