Congress Cafe is the spot for Venezuelan breakfast and "the best coffee in town"

Found in Old Town, Congress serves a delicious Mexican Mocha alongside amazing grilled arepas. The workers are super friendly, helpful and give great recommendations.

We tried and LOVED both the Llanera and Arepa Pabellon
