Earning a Michelin Star in its first year of opening is no small feat, something only a handful of restaurants have accomplished. Corima serves up a bold Mexican tasting menu in the back (which they wont even give you until the end) and a la carte options in the front dining room. While most Mexican spots focus on Oaxaca, Puebla, and Mexico City, Chef Caballero’s goal is to bring the flavors and ingredients from northern Mexico in a way that is both exciting and delicious.
