Cotixan restaurants traditional and contemporary dishes of Michoacan, Mexico meet our sizzling grills. Our food is served fresh daily. We only use 100% cholesterol-free canola and corn oil. We serve only lean steaks, boneless chicken, the freshest fish and first quality vegetables. Lard, preservatives or MSG are not allowed in our grills.
