We donate a portion of our sales to charity - Leukemia & Lymphoma Society & Ride Janie Ride. Courageous Bakery came about as a place to bake our cupcakes for Cupcakes for Courage, the mobile cupcake truck that started in May 2011.  Laura Pekarik, owner, has always had a passion for more than just cupcakes so with more space in the kitchen and with a place for customers to sit back & relax, it was a no brainer to offer so much more!  We specialize in breakfast pastries like croissants, biscuits, scones, muffins, sweet breads, and a lot more!  We cater, host your parties, and bake everything from scratch in house each morning.
